Consultant and Chairman of the Board of Directors of RuiFei Refrigerated Express, which was a Joint Venture company between COSCO and a Hong Kong company.  The company provided refrigerated transport of perishable products in China; its main customers being McDonald Hamburger and Wall Ice Cream companies.

Hamilton Form Company,

As the previous President and former majority shareholder of Hamilton Form Company in 1972-74, we are now doing a survey and feasibility study to introduce the technology to China.

  • The company manufactures steel forms and related equipment used in the Pre-Cast and Pre-Stress industry. 
  • The steel forms produce construction elements that can be used to rapidly make bridges, warehouses, office buildings, parking garages, airports, etc.
  • The DFW airport constructed in early 1970’s in Texas, was totally constructed with concrete pre-cast and pre-stressed elements which were all produced in Hamilton forms.
